The Engineering Division encourages all current LBNL employees to utilize the LBNL Employee Referral Incentive Program (ERIP).
ERIP awards $1000 (net) to current LBNL employees whose referral of an external candidate leads to a successful hire.
Current LBNL full time and part time candidates are eligible to participate.
