- ENG1001 Electrical Safety - What Everyone Needs To Know
Did you know that all electrical work at the Berkeley Lab is restricted to qualified and authorized personnel?The Engineering Division has reviewed several electrical incidents, and has designed a web course to help employees understand basic electrical safety in the workplace.
The objective of this course is to teach what electrical tasks employees can do, what they are not allowed to do, and what to do when in doubt.
- Engineering ISM 101 Course
The ISM 101 course is for all Engineering Division employees. You will learn what ISM is and what the ISM Plan is for; who the ISM Plan is for; why the ISM Plan matters and how to use the Engineering Division ISM Plan to prevent injury to yourself and others.
- ENG Positive Discipline Course (pilot - not for credit)
The Engineering Division is offering a new course, provided by CRM Learning, for Engineering Supervisors of all levels. The course, ENG Positive Discipline, is a pilot course and is not for credit. The Positive Discipline model is an approach to help supervisors address conduct and performance issues.
